Q: What kind of vehicles do you have? I'm not sure how large our party will be and I want to make sure there will be more than enough room for everyone.

A: We offer vehicles ranging in size from 10 passenger buses to 33 passenger buses! If you're not sure how many people might jump on board during your excursion, we recommend renting the largest bus. Even if you only have a dozen or so people coming, the bus will feel so spacious and luxurious to you, and you'll really be able to stretch out and enjoy yourselves! And then if things get crazy and a ton of people join you, you'll have plenty of room for them too. You can take a look at our vehicles page for the most current information about our fleet.

Q: We're having a really unusual event and we were wondering if you'd be able to provide transportation for us?

A: Party Bus Baltimore is proud to say that we don't limit our services to just certain types of events. Though we definitely do a lot of weddings, bachelor parties, and bachelorette parties, plus corporate events and other professional events, we also do a lot of fun and funky ones that most people wouldn't even think to rent a party bus for. Q: I've never been on a party bus before! Is it hard to book our trip, and what's the planning process like?

A: First of all, we'd be thrilled to provide party bus service to you if it's your very first time! We put so much effort into our party bus experience and we'd love to give you a grand introduction to this mode of group transportation. Booking your bus is as easy as placing a small credit card deposit over the phone, and the planning process can be as hands-on or hands-off as you desire. You can plan it all yourself, let us do all the planning, or somewhere in between. It's all up to you, and we are all about customer satisfaction.

Q: Can the reservation be canceled?

A: Once you have put your deposit down or paid in full, you cannot cancel your reservation. You will be required to pay for the service whether you use it or not. Depending on availability, you might be able to upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or move your reservation time sooner/later. You cannot change the date of your reservation.

Q: Is drinking allowed? What about smoking?

A: You may drink on the vehicles but you may not smoke. We like our vehicles to stay fresh for every customer.
